Responsibilities

  • Working closely with Architects & Interior Designers, local/regional Governments, Specifiers, Contractors, Builders/Developers and Value-Added Partners to build the brand and generate leads, secure specifications and projects, to ultimately deliver the agreed level of sales volume and profits
  • Regular visits to prospective buyers, understand their needs and gather information needed for the development of custommade product.
  • Provide technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers and promote the sale of company products.
  • Work closely with production team to prepare budget estimates, quotes, sales proposals
  • Maintaining CRM records for all contacts, projects and activities
  • Developing regular account and sales management reports
  • Collaborate with design team to plan and modify product configurations to meet customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Develop and present detailed proposal for specific customer requirements
  • Be informed on market news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy, existing, and emerging substitute products and the latest productline developments.
  • Generate reports and keep records of business transactions with customers.
  • Building/maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
  • Achieve budgeted target in terms of value & volume.
  • Closely coordinate with all the stakeholders in the project and achieve project timelines

Qualifications

  • Previous work experience in handling lighting projects especially Decorative, commercial & technical lighting
  • Professional knowledge and experience in a B2B environment
  • Customer service and resultoriented approach, ability to work under pressure
  • Strong organizational, project management and analytical skills
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills and experience in implementing sales plans
  • High interpersonal and communication skills and positive personal energy
  • Oral and written proficiency in the local language, as well as in English
  • Knowledge of architectural/construction industry and commercial project process a plus
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD a plus

Salary:
₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month
