The SAP MDG Architect would need to have 15+ years of IT experience with at least 3-5 years of experience in MDM and SAP MDG.

The resource should have the below competencies for the role:

Core technical skills

1. Experienced in leading and guiding team of SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) consultants in technical implementations
Strong knowledge on latest SAP MDG components and various architecture and implementation styles
Can clearly talk about SAP MDG data model for atleat 2 industry verticals
Created solution blueprinting and architecture for Customers and can talk about best practices and lessons learnt on various architecture styles
Atleast worked on 3 global MDG implementations focusing on core Master domain like Materials, Assets, Customers, Supplier, Product, Finance etc
Must have strong domain knowledge on atleast 2 industry verticals
Have the ability to work with Customer and other parties for translating business requirements into technical requirements.
Displays ability to talk about the new upcoming features of SAP
Can articulate a global rollout approach in SAP MDG and represent plan for rollouts

Other skills

1. Worked on other Solutions and understand the solution building cycles
Have an understanding of Agile methodology and can clearly articulate how Agile principles can be applied on SAP MDG implementation models
Good with communication skills and understands the language of both business and IT
Understands the latest trends in industry and can map with the SAP MDG features
