Book rooms quickly and accurately.

• Be really nice and helpful when customers have questions or special requests.
• Make sure as many rooms as possible are booked by planning well and working with other teams.
• Clearly tell customers and our team about the details of room reservations.
• Solve problems quickly if something goes wrong with a room booking.
• Offer extra services or things during the booking process if it makes sense.
• Ask customers how their room booking went and use their suggestions to make things better.
• Make things better based on what customers say.
• Follow the rules for booking rooms and getting payments right.
• Keep everything running smoothly while making sure customers have a great experience booking rooms.
• Available and prepared to answer calls 24/7; in case of a missed callback, promptly return the call to the same number as soon as possible.

Salary:
₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:

• Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
