Monday To Friday with Fixed week-off (Sat & Sun), should be flexible to work on Sat & Sun if there is a business requirement Experience: Years) in BPO, KPO or similar voice related profiles.


Shift Timings:
Rotational shifts (APAC, EMEA, US Shift)

UK - 01:00 PM - 10:00 PM/US - 06:00 PM - 04:00 AM/ APAC/EMEA - early morning shift


Cab Facility:
Both side cab


Responsibilities:


  • Conducting telephonic (Qualitative and Quantitative) discussions/interviews with senior level executives from organizations across the globe to collect data for research analysis on varied topics.
  • Good communication skills (both written and spoken) in Business English and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking.

Competencies:


  • Good with numbers High attention to detail Inquisitive
  • Organized Logical Reliable Ability to distil large amount of information into specific takeaways Ability to work effectively independently as well as in team environment as an when required

Job Types:

Salary:
