Roles and Responsibilities

  • Guiding the senior leadership team in day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure any issue arising in the daily operations are resolved in a fast and timely manner
  • Maintain and nurture the relationship with external business partners
  • Providing strategic, financial and operational leadership for the organisation
  • Develop sound business strategies in coordination with the Chairman, keeping in mind the short-term and long-term goals of the organisation. Develop, establish and direct execution of operating policies and procedures to support overall company policies and objectives.
  • Plan, develop, implement and direct the organization's operational performance. Implement the strategic goals of the organization through day-to-day management of operation.
  • Guide the Marketing team on design, marketing, and promotion of programs.
  • Evaluate company's financial, operational and sales and marketing structures to plan for continual improvements and a continual increase of operating efficiencies.
  • Ensure the company is staffed with well-trained, quality, and engaged employees at all times; works closely with the Chairman to develop effective hiring, training, and compensation plans to retain quality talent
  • Overseeing the department of SCM, Purchase, Admin, HR, Finance & other related functions. Lead strategy, policy formulation, ERP/IT System and processes.
  • Initiate & implement new ideas for better efficiency.
  • Regularly evaluate operating procedures and create centralized best practices within different sites to ensure uniform performance throughout the organisation.
  • Plan and implement the expansion; geographies of operation.
  • Perform supervisory duties and coordinate with the staff in all related areas of the department.
  • Ensure that the company achieves agreed profitability levels, while remaining committed to quality and performance.
  • Preferred experience working in Hotel/Restaurant

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Location:
Kadugodi Whitefield / Work from office

Day shift/ 6 days a week

Salary:
₹300, ₹500,000.00 per month
