What will you do:
- Communicating with hiring managers to identify job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
- Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.
- Screening Applicants for competency with the job requirements.
- Arranging telephone, video or inperson interviews.
- Performing background & reference checks.
- Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.
What you will bring:
- 13 years of experience working into IT recruitment or Talent Acquisition
- Good understanding of Job portals & hiring tools
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking system (ATS)
- Able to arrange telephonic, video & inperson interviews
- Should have understanding of technical skills
Salary:
₹240, ₹500,000.00 per year
