Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Finalize quality targets based on Benchmarking, Management Direction and Customer Expectations.
Manage Quality Plans and Quality Indicators in Process.
Review and monitor quality planning and Facilitate team members in Quality Planning activities.
Regular review and follow up with concerned departments to ensure development and SOVP of castings as per timelines.
Review and ensuring all Incoming material for adherence to Quality standards and Specification.
Ensuring process and product audit activities on shopfloor.
Overall review of pattern shop,Lab activities,Final inspection and outgoing quality.
Drive with team members for reduction in all types of Customer complaints,Rejections and rework.
Identify and provide training to team (with help of internal/ external resources.
Drive Improvement related activities Kaizen, Yellow belts, Green belts, QMS activities,TMW and MEM

  • Bachelor of Engineering; Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical; Bachelor of Engineering in Production
