Sales Representative Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales representative to join our growing team.
The sales representative will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
1.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
2 Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, and propose solutions that meet their objectives.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
3 Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Conduct market research to identify potential areas for growth and development. 4.
Sales Planning and Reporting:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the sales manager
5 Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a cohesive approach to customer satisfaction and business growth
6 Networking:
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads
7 Training and Development:
- Stay informed about the features and benefits of the products/services.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
