- Issuing visitor badges, coordinating security protocols, and ensuring compliance with entry procedures.
- Notifying hosts or relevant personnel about visitor arrivals.
- Providing general information about the organization, its services, and its facilities to visitors.
- Distributing brochures, pamphlets, or informational materials as needed.
