  • Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate individuals or departments.
  • Issuing visitor badges, coordinating security protocols, and ensuring compliance with entry procedures.
  • Notifying hosts or relevant personnel about visitor arrivals.

  • Distributing brochures, pamphlets, or informational materials as needed.
