Experience in SAP HR HCM as an IT functional analyst with in-depth knowledge on core modules - PA, OM, Time management, Payroll

Must have knowledge of SAP IDoc and experience in IDoc Monitoring. (IDoc status, IDoc processing, IDoc segments. IDoc relevant SAP TCodes)

Must have knowledge of SAP Background Jobs involved in IDoc Processing.

Must be comfortable with working in rotating shifts (Morning, afternoon, Night), weekends and holidays.

Consultant will need to work on SAP MFG Interface issues. KT for this will be provided on the Job.

Should be able to perform analysis of IDoc errors and recommend actions to be taken to resolve errors.

Must have SAP HR Knowledge (Must know SAP HR Standard business processes, Standard TCodes & Standard table used in SAP HR)

Desirable to have experience in IDoc monitoring using SAP Solution Manager.
