 Processing of Cashless Requests & Health Insurance Claim Documents

 Understanding of Policy terms & con

 Understanding of Claims adjudication / Claims Processing

 Maintaining & Ensuring Standard Operating Procedures & Protocols

 Manage volumes effectively & efficiently to maintain Turnaround time of processing cases

 Claim Case Management / Cost Management

Operations Executive Responsibilities:
Good Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation and decision

Good customer service/relationship skills and ability to work effectively in a fast shifting priorities.

Operations Executives are involved in by our organization are customer friendly and the complaints from hospital are resolved effectively.
