Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in technical writing, including the domain of IT infrastructure documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent grammar, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content for technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, with strong communication and cooperation abilities.
- Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and best practices in IT service management is a plus.
