SPREE a floral design and gifting studio is looking for aCustomer Service Executive for its floral gifting service.
Roles and Responsibilities
Share sample pictures.
Discuss pricing.
Communicate order details with Operations team
Understand dispatch status and keep the customer informed
Communicate with the customers for billing.
Undergraduate/Graduate with 1-3 yrs experience in a Communication role with good command on English, Hindi and preferably Gujarati
Position Specifications
Working hours: 7 AM to 4 PM or 10 AM to 7 PM
Working Days - Monday to Saturday
Week off - Sunday
Salary K pm
Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
