Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Make calls to customers and generate prospective leads for the business.
  • Regular followup with prospective customers regarding the deals and estimates quoted by them.
  • Manage Inbound and Outbound Call Handling Processes
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Follow up customer calls for existing customers to provide service information wherever necessary.
  • Complete call logs and reports. Enter and update customer information in the CRM & Also have Data mining Knowledge.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our services.
  • Create and maintain positive client relationships to build a business.
  • Having Social Media Platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook
  • Maintain sales pipeline with accuracy.

Part-time


Salary:
₹8, ₹12,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Evening shift
  • UK shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
