Roles and Responsibilities:
- Make calls to customers and generate prospective leads for the business.
- Regular followup with prospective customers regarding the deals and estimates quoted by them.
- Manage Inbound and Outbound Call Handling Processes
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Follow up customer calls for existing customers to provide service information wherever necessary.
- Complete call logs and reports. Enter and update customer information in the CRM & Also have Data mining Knowledge.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our services.
- Create and maintain positive client relationships to build a business.
- Having Social Media Platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook
- Maintain sales pipeline with accuracy.

₹8, ₹12,000.00 per month

- Evening shift
- UK shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
