Job Description:
- Business Operations, you are going to be led a business vertical by moving forward with business partnerships and implementing gotomarket plans. You will get a chance to lead your team, your region, business vertical of your own while keeping in mind the strategic goals of the overall business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and scale Ecommerce Warehouse & Fulfilment operations
- Setup and monitor processes for efficient management of operations
- Handle critical issues to ensure internals SLAs are met
- Train new employees and measure performance for current employees
- Debottlenecking internal processes for improving efficiency
- Maintain a solid working knowledge of essential trends including industry trends, cost drivers, global pricing, material lead times, and technical/manufacturing processes.
- Expertise with number crunching, financial planning, creating business presentations, and other written collateral.
- Aptitude to work in a fastpaced organization with an analytical mindset, numberdriven, negotiation, facilitation, and reasoning skills
