Description

We're looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. A person who can sale construction items to the existing/potential customers of company.

Responsibilities

Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Perform costbenefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling as well as field visiting
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements and skills

Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in any field

15000/- on sales of 500000/- (Basic Pay)

Then Incentive started working out.

Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per year
