Job Title:
Social Media Executive

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
Manage and create content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Monitor social media accounts and engage with the audience to build relationships and encourage positive interactions
Analyze social media data to measure performance and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure social media content aligns with overall brand messaging and goals
Stay uptodate on social media trends, features, and best practices to ensure our organization is utilizing the latest techniques and technologies
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints through social media channels
Coordinate social media campaigns with other marketing initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Proven experience in social media management and strategy development
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences
Analytical and datadriven mindset
Ability to work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
Creativity and ability to develop engaging content
Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics software

This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits packages. The Social Media Executive will report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with the marketing and communications teams.

Salary:
₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
