To lead a team of managers and officers in assembly area responsible for delivery of quality product in desired quality.

High level of result and process oriented approach to achieve PQCDSM parameters.

Good analytical ability to understand and resolve issues related to manufacturing processes with ICA and PCA approach.knowledge about quality processes/quality tools and their implementation.

Inter Department Coordination to achieve desired parameters of PQCDSM.Continuous process improvement.
Good ER capability
