Description

_You will manage to generate leads entirely through outbound process starting from generating interest to first customer contact to setting up qualified meetings for the Sales team.

_
- _You will build a strong pipeline of Sales Qualified Opportunities by penetrating new accounts._
- _Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects and build relations by initiating communications and doing follow-ups in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel._
- _You will manage all prospective clients and opportunities in CRM, ensuring all communications are accurately logged._
- _Working with cross functional teams to develop and grow the sales pipeline and consistently meet the targets._
- _Taking extreme ownership of your work._


What we look for?
- _At least 0-2 years' experience in outbound calling B2B sales development / lead generation role._
- _Excellent proficiency in English communication, both written & verbal._
- _Positive speaking skills, strong listening skills, writing skills._
- _Have the grit to handle rejections efficiently._
- _Proven ability to undertake in-depth online research, and via social media._
- _Ability to work and easily adapt to an ever-changing fast-paced environment._
- _Most importantly, you should have long-term plans to pursue a career in Sales._
