Job Description for Account Executive:

  • Handling daytoday accounting
  • Experience in Zoho books, TDS
  • Preparing invoices and following up for pending payments
  • Handling all banking related works
  • Making payments through various modes like NEFT, RTGS, cash, cheques, etc and
keeping track of them

  • Handling and filling GST is one of the key responsibility that should be included in
account executive job description

  • Preparing profit and loss statements
  • Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining account of
fixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities

  • Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws
  • Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or its equivalent
  • Proficient in managing accounting software

Key Skills:
Must have Experience in Zoho books, GST, TDS, Invoice, Tally, ERP

Total Experience: 1 to 3 years

Must have relevant experience in Zoho - 6months to 2 years, GST
  • 1 to 2 years

Budget

  • 25k Take home and Based on interview performance salary will fix (No ESI and
