  • Manage the adoption of Comms teams to new Comms platform at Group level.
  • Expertise in shaping brand narratives & storytelling, content strategy and pieces (long and short form).
  • Building a team of writers who curate publishable content.
  • Expertise in copywriting, communication briefs for industry defining topics.
  • Experience in journalism in the technology field is highly preferred.
  • Support the Business solutions internal campaigns launch working with the Marketing team.
  • Keep the intranet updated with latest news & information and maximize engagement.
  • Support the client BU in major internal events and contribute to the staging of these events.
  • New talent hiring and retaining an existing pool of experts.
  • Managing a diverse team of resources, and keep them motivated to deliver across various service capabilities.

Primary Skills

  • Leadership & Exec comms at the Group level, Crisis comms.
  • Drive and manage independently large scale virtual and in person events as a Communications lead.

Secondary Skills

  • Ensure timely reporting of projects, promotions and RnR for team members.
  • Encourage community engagement activities within stream and MACS IN.
