1. Plan, implementand mange daily operations.2. prepare fixed menu.
3.suggest new menu products.
4. understand customer preferences and make suggestions as per findings.
- Prepare widevariety of goods as decided in the menu.
- Decorate pastries and cakes using different toppings which will be appeling to the eye.
- Monitor supply and ingredients for daily operations.
- Check quality of material and condition of equipments.
- Train, guide and motivate pastry assistant.
- Identify staffing needs and help recruit and tain personnal.
- Maintain a clean cooking station.
- Adhere to health and safety standards.
- Keep up with the latest food and industry trends.

₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
