Description
As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in

achieving their targets and coordinating various sales activities. Your role will involve

managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all sales activities in the

company's CRM system.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer
inquiries.

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the company's CRM system.
  • Generate sales reports and provide regular updates to the sales team.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Provide support to the sales team in achieving their targets.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Manage inventory and ensure availability of products.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
