Description
We are looking for an enthusiasticTele Caller Executive with good communication skills and adequate experience in counseling.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Attending/handling the calls/inquiries.
- Understand student's requirement and counsel the students about the various courses.
- Generate walkins through phone calls and convince for admission.
- Making Word, Excel, Power Point Reports
- Good communication skills with command over English, Malayalam etc.
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
Salary:
₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- telecalling: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
- Malayalam (preferred)
