Responsibilities:


Administrative Support:


  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as requested by staff members.
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and announcements as needed

Data Entry and Record Keeping:

  • Accurately enter and update data in various databases, spreadsheets, and online platforms.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating employee records, including contact information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Compile and generate reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office or similar software.

Office Maintenance and Supplies:


  • Monitor and replenish office supplies, including stationery, kitchen supplies, and cleaning materials.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office equipment repairs, maintenance, and service agreements.
  • Ensure the office environment is tidy and organized, including common areas and conference rooms.

Assistance to Staff:


  • Provide logístical support for meetings, events, and company gatherings, including setup, catering arrangements, and guest coordination.
  • Assist employees with travel arrangements, accommodations, and expense reimbursements.
  • Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding activities, including paperwork, orientation, and office setup.

Job Types:
Full-time, Fresher


Pay:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus

Education:


  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:

Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
