    Experience:10 15Years
    Qualifications:BE/BTech in Computer Science. 10 to 15 yearsof handson experience with leadingtechnologies. 5 years of proven experienceas a Technical Program Manager preferably of website/ecommerceportals. Very Good practical experience inproject management using Agile processes.Awareness of WordPress / WooCommerce / PHPbased commerceimplementations along with Data Platforms Experience in EngineeringPayment Gateway integrations DigitalMarketing. Ability to define and executeDevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.Ability to follow industry best practices by using New Relic kindof tools for ongoing issues monitoring Sonar Cube for code qualitySecurity guidelinesQA Automation usingSelenium and TestNG. Ability to workeffectively in a fastpaced and dynamicenvironment.
    KeyResponsibilities:Project andSprint Tasks Planning: Collaborate withUSAbased client stakeholders to define the scope objectives anddeliverables. Develop project plans andtimelines for strategic initiatives and get those delivered withintimelines. Sprintwise planning of tasks andtimely completion of tasks by coordinating with Engineers followedby validations through Businessstakeholders.Domain and TechnicalExpertise: Leverage a strong background inCommerce Domain to manage endtoend technical ownership of multiplecommerce portals. Leverage WordPress /WooCommerce / PHP technologies to provide technical guidance todevelopment teams. Conduct technical reviewsand ensure adherence to bestpractices.Quality Assurance / Securitycompliance: Ensure the delivery ofhighquality software solutions by implementing quality assuranceprocesses and standards.StakeholderCommunication: Provide regular projectupdates to stakeholders and executivemanagement. Address questions and concernspromptly through detailedresponses.

    CandidateQualifications:The idealcandidate should have a Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or arelated field with 1015 years of experience in technical programmanagement. A proven track record of successfully managing endtoendimplementation of commerce platforms and strong domain expertise inthe commerce sector isrequired.
