We are currently seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative with a focus on loan sales to join our team in Mumbai.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling loan products to potential customers in the Mumbai area.

• Responsibilities:_

- _Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers in Mumbai to promote loan products and services._
- _Build and maintain strong customer relationships with individuals in the Mumbai area to ensure customer satisfaction and retention._
- _Understand customer needs and tailor loan solutions to meet their financial requirements specifically in the context of Mumbai's market._
- _Educate customers in Mumbai about loan products, terms, and conditions, and provide accurate information specific to the local market._
- _Meet or exceed assigned sales targets for the Mumbai region and contribute to the overall sales team goals._
- _Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system, specifically focusing on Mumbai-based customers._
- _Stay updated on market trends and competition in the Mumbai area to effectively position our loan products and services._

• Requirements:_

- _Minimum age criteria: 30 years (maximum)_
- _Proven experience in sales, preferably in the loan or financial services industry._
- _Strong communication and interpersonal skills._
- _Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities._
- _Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset._
- _Ability to work independently as well as part of a team._
- _Proficiency in local languages spoken in Mumbai would be advantageous._

• Salary:_

- _The salary for this position is in the range of INR 15,000 to INR 20,000 per month, based on qualifications and experience._
