Description

We are looking for Executive Assistant to Managing Director
Executive Assistant

To Provide support and coordination to the clients in solving their issues by referring them to the respective departments and ensuring that the queries are resolved/closed within the specified timelines.

To provide back end support to the Managing Director to coordinate all his activities

Graduate in any discipline

Minimum 2 Yrs Experience in Sales/Business Development/Customer relation activities

Update Opportunity tracker
Prepare draft quotation
Internal approval of draft quotation
Send approved quotation and design for clients approval
Quotation and design sent to clients for approval and documentation of the same
Compliance on updating date of purchase order in the opportunity tracker

Report

Maintain updated opportunity tracker
Ensure that quotation and pricing is economical
Co ordination with Team in execution of Projects

MDs Office

Coordinate all back end support activities for the managing director
Managing MDs active calendar of appointments
Arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
Compiling documents for travelrelated meetings.
Plans, coordinates and ensures the MDs schedule is followed and respected.
Works closely and effectively with the MD to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities and following up
Drafting acknowledgement mails, and other tasks that facilitate the MDs ability to effectively to lead the company

Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
