As a Paid Search Strategist, you will work across all aspects of clients' paid search media campaigns, including initial planning, implementation, monitoring, optimisation, analysis and reporting.
What you do
- Ensure budgets, optimisations, and performance are executed and aligned with client goals
- Build campaigns, keywords, and ads
- Produce insights, reports and commentary for clients
- Ensure agency processes, best practices and tech automation are implemented across your clients' accounts
- Support the team with QA checking campaign builds and account changes
- Communicate performance opportunities & issues with the team while providing ideas for solutions
- Perform regular analyses and make datadriven recommendations, following our 'test and learn' methodology
Who you are
- You are eager to further develop your paid search expertise by working with some of the world's top brands and utilizing Brainlabs best practices, processes, and tech. You have 24 years experience managing paid search accounts and are curious to learn more advanced strategies and tactics.

- Experience as a Paid Search Specialist
Hands-on experience of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally, with the ability to connect reporting metrics to optimization actions.
- Able to take direction and then work independently, utilizing paid search skills to identify optimization opportunities
