The communication skills

The resource should be assertive and have strong communication/ vocabulary skills.

Attitude

The resources should be collaborative, be agile and flexible in case of extending working hours when there is a stretch goal or based on need.

QA resources should be good at STLC, different types of testing, API testing using postman, Creation of test plan. Performance testing is not in scope right now.
With Automation background is an add on.
70-80% of Salesforce clients use Jira, So resources should be good at handling Jira functionalities.
Now the requirements are for QA consultants, Senior QA consultants. As the business grows, we can have Leads QA as well who should perform scripting/QA along with lead activities.
