Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Procurement Executive.

As a Procurement Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing materials, products, and services required for interior design projects.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services, maintaining inventory levels, and negotiating contracts with vendors.

3-5 Years of Experience

Key Responsibilities:

Source and purchase materials, products, and services required for interior design projects.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
Ensure timely delivery of goods and services, and manage inventory levels.
Identify costsaving opportunities without sacrificing quality or design.
Maintain accurate records of all purchases and related transactions.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure that all purchases align with project requirements and budget.
Stay uptodate with market trends and new products to maintain competitive pricing and quality.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field.
Proven 35 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the interior design industry.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain positive vendor relationships.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards.

Salary:
₹35,000.00 per month
