We are seeking a skilled and motivated
Tele-caller to join our team.

As a Tele-caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to existing and potential customers, with the goal of promoting our products/services and generating sales leads.

Your excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and customer-focused approach will be essential to succeed in this role.


Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to introduce our products/services, answer their queries, and generate sales leads.
• Identify customer needs, understand their requirements, and offer suitable product recommendations or solutions.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about product features, pricing, and promotions to customers.
• Achieve set sales targets and contribute to the overall team's success.
• Keep uptodate with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate followup calls, appointments, or meetings with potential customers.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company during all customer interactions.

Experience Required: 0-2 Years
