Job Brief

What you'll be doing

Create and execute a solid Social Media Marketing strategy & execution plan
Create content across a variety of social media formats (posts, stories, videos etc.) either directly or through internal and external team members
Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions via comments & DM
Ensure effective internal communication between managers, the design team, and the copy team to produce highquality and engaging content.
Create paid social media campaigns for lead generation and advertising
Identify and test new social media channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
Work closely with the team to share improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
Strong understanding and passion for identifying social media trends, new social media sites, web technologies and changes in algorithms
Develop content strategies to drive engagement and organic growth

We'll be excited if you have:

Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field
Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive, or a similar position
Indepth understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithm changes, engagement metrics and KPIs
Sound understanding of social media scheduling platforms such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and others
Strong oral and written communication skills
Sound knowledge of paid social media advertising
Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise them

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
