Inside Sales Representative responsibilities include:
Understanding customer needs and requirements. Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
∙Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new account, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations.
∙Fills orders by transferring orders to fulfillment, communicating expected delivery date
∙Develops accounts by checking customers' buying history, suggesting related and new items, and explaining technical features.
∙Maintains communication equipment by troubleshooting, reporting, and tracking problems.
∙Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities
∙Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
∙Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
∙BA/BS University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration
∙3 to 5 years of industry sales experience preferred
∙Familiarity with office software and phone systems
∙Software sales background, knowledge of Microsoft and Adobe licensing and product knowledge is a must.
Salary:
₹50, ₹55,000.00 per month
