About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Risk Analytics Associate


In this role, you will:


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and ensure timely delivery of accurate and relevant MI reports.
  • Provide insight and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic and operational decisionmaking.
  • Gather data points from various ERA functional teams to refresh ERA Governance dashboard.
  • Perform Independent testing of controls and process execution of ERA processes.
  • Document procedures and any changes to be inline with RCSA guidelines.

Required Qualifications:


  • 24 years of experience in data analysis, reporting and business intelligence.
  • 12 years of experience in SQL, Teradata and or Hadoop experience.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.,)
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience in data reconciliation and validation.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Desired Qualifications:


  • Proficiency in using Teradata database.
  • Having testing experience of controls and process execution.
  • Experience, understanding, and knowledge of Enterprise Risk exposures within Wells Fargo including credit risk, market risk, or counterparty risk
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience with handson risk reporting and intelligence
  • Ability to develop and maintain data documentation including Governance and Oversight (G&O) artifacts
