Description

  • Timely planning, execution and monitoring of assigned projects for defined regions ; travelling to ground and executing the field work.
  • People, Assets and Collateral management for assigned projects for defined regions.
  • Publishing Reports, Alerts, Dashboard as per project.
  • Driving Cost and Timeliness in the assigned projects.
  • Regular feedback to the Field Force to take corrective actions on gaps identified.
  • Knowledge management and corrective action plan.
  • Coordination with Field Force through State Heads, Regional Coordinators etc. to drive business objectives.
  • Identify process gaps, suggest and implement process improvement.
  • Ensuring timely expense and salary processing of the field force.
  • Analyzing new trends in the market and developing new features around them.
Requirement

  • Team Handling, Planning, Execution, Problem Solving, Decision-Making, Communication Skills (verbal and written), Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Exposure to Project Management Tools and Techniques, Ability to Multitask and Work Efficiently under pressure.

Salary:
₹12, ₹30,000.00 per month
