Description

The Business Client Relationship Executive plays a vital role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the company's products or services.

This position requires a customer-focused individual with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Proactively engage with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure their satisfaction with the company's products or services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to address client needs and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Monitor client accounts and contracts, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions and identifying opportunities for upselling or crossselling.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services, as well as industry trends and competitive offerings.
  • Coordinate with clients to schedule regular business reviews or meetings, providing updates on performance metrics, new features, or enhancements.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, facilitating communication and managing expectations on both sides.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements or service enhancements based on client feedback and market insights.
  • Track and analyze client satisfaction metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance client experience.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in client relationship management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, or customer service, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong problemsolving and negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and address client concerns effectively.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Customerfocused mindset with a dedication to delivering exceptional service and value to clients.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic work environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to drive business results.

₹20,000.00 per month
