Technical Project Manager

Role:


Delivering Implementation Projects for Predominantly Marketplace Business Lines

Activity:

Managing the delivery of Implementations within an Agile environment
:

Participating in all phases of onboarding vendors including scoping, data integration/configuration definition, user testing support, training, and migration activities:

-
Planning and Tracking program increments:

-
Reporting progress during the project:

-
Create and ensure alignment to clearly defined, managed, and tracked acceptance definition plan for the completion of the program and interim phases:

-
Managing and coordinating teams during all implementation test phases:

-
Managing the definition, delivery, and acceptance approach for migrating data from legacy system(s) to our target processing solution

Scope Definition:
Working with the Scope Owners, Business Analysts, and vendors to ensure delivery plans and activities are aligned with the agreed solution scope

Business Case Management:
Ensuring the project is tracked to the agreed business case

Risk Management:
Identifying, managing, and mitigating risks and issues that occur during the implementation
:

-


Product Readiness:
Navigating the move from implementation to live running and support
:

Infrastructure: Ensuring that the infrastructure needs are clearly understood and aligned with the client and project definition for the teams to deliver:

-
Quality: Providing feedback and effective data to the relevant teams on the quality of deliveries:

-
Collaboration: Working closely with internal (incl. remote) teams on the delivery of implementation activities:

-


Continual Improvement:
Actively monitoring and reviewing the implementation processes and driving initiatives to continually improve them


Essential Requirements & Competencies:

-
Proven track record of project delivery within an e-commerce/fintech environment:

-
Strong experience of vendor/client relationship management, Experience of working in an agile environment and Ability to understand and challenge the detail:

-
Work in a hybrid model with some days in the workplace with the Delivery team and other days from home:

-
Ability to travel to client sites across India and internationally where required to support the delivery of Implementation activities:

-
Project Management Certifications such as PMP and PRINCE2 are highly desirable for this role:

-
Agile Certifications are desirable and Postgraduate with a tech/E-commerce company background would be added advantage:

-
Capital Markets Post trade/ Reconciliation knowledge would be nice to have:

-
Integrated Tool Qualification Requirements, Knowledge use of JIRA and Confluence for support functions and Explore opportunities around process automation
:

-
Understanding of Tech and Product platforms, business models and end to end of Project management and lifecycle:

-
Understanding of consumer mindset & behavior:

-
A good sense of online business and related technology levers:

-
Strategic thinking and overall business know-how with an eye for detail and for execution
