As a Pre-Sales B2B Representative at Measure Marketing, you will play a crucial role in identifying and nurturing potential clients.

You will be responsible for setting up meetings with Direct Sales Representatives, making outbound calls, conducting cold calls, and managing sales leads.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead Generation:

Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including online databases, social media, industry events, etc. Utilize lead generation tools and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified prospects.


Outbound Calls:

Initiate contact with potential clients via phone calls to introduce [Marketing Agency Name]'s services and gauge their interest.


Cold Calling:

Engage in cold calling efforts to reach out to businesses that may benefit from our marketing services. Articulate our value proposition effectively and tailor messages to resonate with each prospect.


Setting up Meetings:

Collaborate with Direct Sales Representatives to schedule meetings with qualified leads. Provide necessary information and context to ensure a productive and successful meeting.


Sales Leads Management:

Keep accurate records of all interactions and communications with leads in our CRM system. Qualify leads based on established criteria and ensure they are properly categorized.


Benefits:


Incentive Model:
In addition to the base salary, the representative will be eligible for performance-based incentives.

These incentives will be structured based on meeting or exceeding predefined targets for lead generation, meeting setup, and other relevant KPIs.


Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in B2B sales or pre-sales roles, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and lead generation tools.
