JOB DESCRIPTION ROLE- PROGRAM EXECUTIVE
The Program executive serves as a member of the Impact Assessment team working to facilitate effective, functioning, and consistent assessment practices across ActiLearn program.
Impact Assessment of ActiLearn program:
- Coordinate assessment systems both Quantitative and Qualitative for the ActiLearn program
- Communicate, collaborate with field teams in other programs to facilitate data collection
- Work with Area Managers/Regional Managers to provide oversight for the assessment process and discussions among implementation teams.
- Analyze data and develop reports as required for accountability and accreditation
- Respond in a timely manner to requests from the field team and others concerning assessment needs.
Program Implementation:
- Create an environment of trust, dialog and respect through effective teamwork in a multicultural context
- Uphold organization standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performance on all the indicators for the program,
- Implement continuous improvement strategies that yield sustainable results.
- Works collaboratively with training, accounts, PMT and other supporting teams
- Develop and implement operating systems and work processes consistent with organizational philosophy and framework.
- Undertake sound financial management to ensure effective utilization of resources.
- Ensure compliance with organization's policies and operational guidelines as per standard operating procedures.
Partner relations - Seek new funding opportunities and co ordinate with Partner relations team to secure new programs/projects - Identify opportunities to collaborate with other NGO's or likeminded organizations to spread Agastya programs. - Liaison with Government officials of Education department and other support partners/donors to ensure effective partner engagement continuously. - Create Volunteering opportunities where needed. - Build a relationship with print and electronic media and encourage them amplify Agastya message.
Basic requirements and qualifications:
- Graduation from any of the recognized university with 1 or 2+ years of experience in the space of education.
- Experience with and knowledge of assessment (can be gained through assessment workshops)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Superior analytical and organizational skills
- Good with computes skills and internet
- Should be ready to travel 10-15 days a month

₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
