Position Overview

Responsibilities:

Tally Prime Entry:

Utilize Tally Prime software for accurate and efficient data entry, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded in a timely manner.
Maintain uptodate and organized financial records using Tally Prime.

General Accounting:

Handle daytoday accounting tasks, including invoicing, billing, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and submit financial reports as required.

Expense Management:

Monitor and control expenses to ensure adherence to the budget.
Reconcile and verify all expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Financial Analysis:

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and company policies.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and liaise with external auditors.

Communication:

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather relevant financial information.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders on financial matters.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in accounting operations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, with a strong focus on Tally Prime entry.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proficient in using Tally Prime software.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
