    Minimum Qualifications :


    • Proven ability to lead Scrum teams for complex deliveries.
    • Facilitation of all the team's meetings and ceremonies depending on the framework used.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and a selfstarter.
    • Removes roadblocks, many of which will be beyond the team's authority or will require support from other teams.
    • Continuous improvement mindset and highlights opportunities to improve efficiency of scrum teams.
    • Ability to coaches and mentor the team on agile ways of working.
    • Management of dependencies internal and external to scrum team.
    • Experience with calculating team capacity, analysing and adjusting learnings from previous sprints.
    • Extensive understanding of agile methodology, techniques, frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban) and agile tools (such as Jira and Confluence).
    • Communicative and socialexcellent interpersonal and group facilitation skills including the ability to work with diverse stakeholders and personality types.
    • Assertive must be able to ensure agile and scrum concepts and principles are adhered to, and not afraid to be a voice of reason and authority.
    • Willing and able to hold the team accountable to its vision and values.
    • Situational awareness must be the first to notice differences and issues as they arise and escalate them to team and to management, when appropriate.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate on issues of strategy, risk, and process.
    • Certified Scrum Master preferred
