Purpose of Position

To deliver a dedicated & pro-active service to Customers, BSI Internal Customers and any other BSI External Customers.


The key account definition also includes clients identified as Global and International clients and may also require supporting other BSI hubs with local (MEA) activities.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Handling back office activities related to customer experience:
  • Ensure all sales packs are complete and accurate
  • Creating new client structures on SAP
  • Uploading documents on PG such as remote work and RTW documents, and sales documents.
  • Activation of BSI Connect accounts
  • Raising purchase orders on Basware
  • Action or redirect relevant planning workflows
  • Any other general functions as requested by the operations manager
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

  • Experience of working within a busy office environment within a customerfacing organisation and ability to selfmanage and effectively prioritise.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Very attentive to detail
  • To be computer literate and have experience of using Microsoft Office and computer systems.
  • Good organisational skills. The ability to selfmanage a range of administrative tasks throughout the working week.
  • Must be a selfstarter and take initiative
