Job Responsibilities:

  • Process quotes, renewals, endorsements, COI, processing claims, policy review, bookkeeping, and other related tasks
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence with clients
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients
  • Utilize software/agency management systems efficiently

Requirements:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in the US insurance industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with QUOTE Rush, CLIENT MANAGEMENT DYNAMICS, Google, and Ring Central preferred
  • Detailoriented and proactive
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
  • Strong problemsolving skills
