Join our company Konexions. We're seeking ambitious and energetic individuals who are Graduated to join us as Quality Assurance (QA).

*Responsibilities: - Provide constructive feedback to agents, highlighting areas of improvement and recognizing excellent performance.

  • Collaborate with training teams to address specific skill gaps and contribute to ongoing training programs.
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement(TNI).
  • Work closely with team leaders and managers to meet and exceed performance targets.
*Requirements: - Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist in a BPO environment.

  • Indepth understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
*Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, work experience as QA.

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
