Technical Expert - Bigrock, AWS, Moodle, LMS, UI/UX, Website

Development, SEO/SEM

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Expert to join our

various technical aspects, including Bigrock, AWS, Moodle, Learning Management

Systems (LMS), UI/UX, Website Development, SEO, and SEM. This individual will play

a pivotal role in guiding us towards effective app development, website development,

and online marketing strategies.


Responsibilities:


Technical Proficiency:
Possess a strong command over Bigrock, AWS, Moodle, and

Learning Management Systems (LMS) to ensure seamless operation and efficient

utilization of these platforms.

UI/UX Guidance:
Provide expert guidance and recommendations for enhancing the

updated with the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

App Development:
Collaborate with our development team to provide technical

insights and suggestions during the app development process. Coordinating with

Content team and other stakeholders to ensure that the apps meet high standards of

functionality, performance, and security.

Website Development:
Oversee website development projects, including front-end

and back-end development, content management systems, database integration, and

responsive design implementation. Maintain a strong focus on user experience and

optimization for various devices and browsers.

• SEO/

SEM:
Develop and implement effective Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and

Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies to improve our online presence, increase

website traffic, and drive conversions. Stay updated with the latest SEO/SEM trends

and algorithms.

Technical Support:
Provide technical support and troubleshoot any issues related to

Bigrock, AWS, Moodle, LMS, UI/UX, website development, SEO, and SEM. Collaborate

with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges promptly.

Research and Evaluation:
Conduct research and analysis of emerging technologies,

tools, and frameworks related to our technical landscape. Evaluate their potential

benefits and recommend their adoption if deemed appropriate.

Testing:
Post Deployment of the app, the person should handle User Management.

And also be able to do identify the bugs and inform the developer and make it rectified.

Documentation and Training:
Create technical documentation, guidelines, and

training materials for internal teams. Conduct training sessions to enhance their

technical understanding and proficiency.


Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A

master's degree is a plus.

• Proven experience and expertise in managing Bigrock, AWS, Moodle, and Learning

Management Systems (LMS).

• Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices, with a portfolio

demonstrating successful UI/UX projects.

• Proficiency in app development, including familiarity with relevant programming

languages, frameworks, and tools.

• Extensive experience in website development, including frontend and backend

technologies, content management systems, and responsive design.

• Indepth understanding of SEO/SEM techniques and strategies, with a track record of

successful implementation.

• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues

effectively.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and

communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Proactive, selfmotivated, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in Bigrock, AWS, Moodle, UI/UX, website development, SEO,

or SEM are highly desirable.
