Description
Management of site material requirements. Managing the timely receiving of material/items at stores/stock yard Materials Checking- as per PO quantity and QC checking. Maintaining stock register and Monthly stock report analysis and vendor ledger analysis. In-charge of Incoming and Outgoing material movement with knowledge of FIFO or LIFO methods of record keeping. Manual verification of available stocks and sending requisitions to head office on time Supervision and maintenance of store aligning with all safety protocols. Supervising the loading and unloading process of required materials at site and measurement of the same. Preparation and maintenance of store house expenses. Coordination with various agencies and vendors regarding maintenance of housekeeping and operation of site.
