Roles & Responsibilities:

To generate leads & Identify decision makers within targeted leads and initiate the process.
To penetrate all targeted accounts and originate business opportunities for the company's products and services.
To set up and deliver presentations, product/service demonstrations.
To ensure systematic followup with the client organizations to take the pitch to timebound closure.
To be an interface between the client and internal support teams to ensure that the Client Receives the best possible service from the company.
Ensure adherence to about requirements.
Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plan.

Experience - 1 year minimum as Client Aquisition BDE for recruitment & Staffing firm
