Description
1. Customer's and Sales team's first point of contact in case of any technical issue with products/ services.- In case of any product related issue, contact the manufacturer or vendor and raise the RMA case.
- In case of any service-related issue, contact the vendor and get the issue resolved.
- Send service engineers pending calls report every morning.
- Create tickets with Fortinet for resolving issues and mapping contracts.
- Follow up on RMA with manufacturer and vendors.
- Coordinating with logistics staff on customers RMA product pickup and delivery.
- Send repair or service quotes to customers.
- Create and update service engineers calls on Odoo daily.
- Send service completion reports to customers.
- Updating and sending the pending calls list to Technical Manager daily.
- Prepare and send service report to MD on a weekly basis.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year experience as IT service coordinator/ BPO voice processes with IT background/ Customer service IT products etc
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (to deal with GCC clients)
Basic awareness of IT hardware products.
Ability to communicate effectively and timely manner.
Salary:
Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
