Responsibility & key Skills:

To Verify Goods Receipts, note, Maintaining Minimum & Maximum Stock level, to create Item code, GRN/MRN/Stack Audit etc.
To verify the quality & quantity of Received Materials, prepare report for Nonmoving item report every week/month
To Issue materials & keep record of approve indent, responsible to provide MIS report in every month, follow procedure of FIFO (first in first out)
Maintain 7 update data of purchase requisition on Daily basis.
Stock preparation and maintain data of received material.
To create Vendor Code in all outlets closing stock verification& stores.
To Handling the inventory functions to curtail inventory holding expenses and adherence to maximum and minimum stocking system for various spares and minimize wastage.

Required Personal skills:

Strong Communication Skills

Good Presentation Skills

Knowledge of internal Browsing

Conversant in MS office word, Excel,& power point
